Unauthorized parties will result in immediate cancellation of your stay.

Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets: Pets are allowed/not allowed. If allowed, please clean up after them and keep them off furniture.

Food: Feel free to use the kitchen! Please clean up after yourself and do not leave food out, as it may attract wildlife and critters.

Fireplace: Only use the fireplace as permitted and follow fire safety guidelines. Ensure fires are completely extinguished before leaving them unattended.

Trash & Recycling: Please dispose of trash in the designated bins.

Septic System Care: Our home uses a septic system. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No wipes, paper towels, or hygiene products.

Safety & Security: Lock Doors & Windows. Please secure all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Wildlife Awareness: This is a nature-rich area—keep food stored properly and do not leave trash outside.

Snow & Ice Safety (for winter stays): Driveway, steps, and walkways may be slippery. Use provided salt and tread carefully. during winter.

Check-out Instructions: Place used towels on the bathroom floor.  Return furniture and items to their original locations. Take out trash and recycling and place in the appropriate containers. Lock all doors and windows before leaving. Set the heat to 53 degrees before leaving.

Violation of Rules Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional charges, including cleaning fees, damage costs, or early termination of your stay.
